M. Feroze Khan 
Feroze Khan is a second year associate in the firm's litigation practice where he has represented small businesses, physicians and other professionals, and non-profit organizations. Feroze has gained extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, particularly in the areas of employment law and commercial fraud. In the area of employment law, Feroze has taken a leading role in the firm's recent Title VII litigation. Feroze's efforts, including oral and written advocacy, has brought great success to Rab & Khan clients.
Prior to joining Rab & Khan, Feroze worked for three years at a Fortune 500 employee benefits consulting firm where he managed corporate benefit plans. Feroze has a background in employment law, including serving as a student editor to the Comparative Labor Law and Policy Journal at University of Illinois College of Law. Feroze also honed his litigation skills as a member of an award winning moot court team. Feroze intends to continue to vigorously litigate on behalf of his clients. His litigation skills and expertise in employment litigation has made him asset to the firm and its clients.
