Elizabeth Wagenaar is an attorney focusing on litigation and family law matters.

She has extensive experience in state court representing both petitioners

and respondents and has practiced extensively in Cook, Dupage, Lake, and

Will counties.In her four years practicing family law, Elizabeth has developed

significant experiencein divorce, custody, visitation, maintenance, removal,

and complex issues of jurisdiction.

 

In addition to her family law background, she has also gained experience in general civil litigation, traffic, and bankruptcy matters.  Elizabeth has a strong background in legal research, drafting appropriate pleadings, vigorously representing clients in settlement negotiations, and trial work.

 

Elizabeth earned her B.A. in Psychology from Marquette University in 2004, with minors in Criminology and Spanish Language, and her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2007. She is fluent in Spanish and is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
